Unfortunately, the assembly was postponed due to corona and the engine was broken during the first assembly, but that is both force majeure. Mechanic Stephan was very skilled and patient in assembling and explaining. No points for improvement. The lift is beautiful and easy to operate. Mechanic has adhered neatly to the rules of corona.

Complete mess at this company. Today, for the SECOND time, a technician is at the door WITHOUT a stairlift. Shoot so nice just assembling my stairlifts. What a mess this company is.
