From the first enquiry to the final fitting was a pleasure. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. The stair lift is good quality and there was no mess to clear up. The communication is fabulous, especially having the engineer ring an hour before his expected arrival, which allowed me to continue with my day until I needed to go down to my mum’s.

Patricia and I are totally delighted by our new stairlift. Everyone from handicare who was involved in the installation was excellent - attentive to our needs and highly efficient. The installation took place within ten working days and was finished within a couple of hours. The stairlift has transformed our lives. Patricia is no longer marooned upstairs and is able to enjoy the fresh air again on our balcony and outside in the street.

The lady on the phone was helpful, the stairlift was fitted quickly and on time. The engineer was friendly and efficient. The stairlift has been a Godsend, since my husband has been diagnosed with Parkinson's. It means he can stay in his own home, which he would not be able to do without this help.

From start to finish this process has been brilliant. The care and attention I’ve received has been second to none. The speed at which the stair lift has been fitted is incredible, and at the same time very professionally installed, a full demonstration was performed and ultimately I couldn’t be happier. Would I recommend Handicare? You betcha!!

Really great customer service. From intial point of contact, good explanation of products, costings, fitting, time frame from order to delivery. Excellent communication throughout. You can speak to a customer advisor on phone, so important for elderly people. My Mum is delighted with her new stair lift.

From the initial visit by the handicare stairlifts UK representative Andrew who was amazing to be honest there was no hard sell and he explained everything. We didn’t need to think about the quote and proceeded there and then. The actual fit was arranged just a few days later which was fantastic no waiting around. Kenny the fitter gave us ample notification when he was on his way and did a very professional job. He cleaned up after himself and took it cardboard and plastics away with him. He fully explained the workings of the stairlift which was very easy to understand there was nothing complicated. Very satisfied with handicare stairlift who work with AGE Uk who we had contacted first. We would definitely recommend them.

Service from start to finish was excellent, every one of the members of staff very helpful and friendly even double checking with mom if she wanted to check with us before going ahead due to the cost. She is now much safer and we are happy now she makes it to the bottom of the stairs without mishaps

Their service was first class from start to finish. The advisor who came to assess my needs was empathic. He didn’t do any high pressure selling and explained in detail what we needed. The office held my hand all the way through the online completion of the paperwork. Installation was smooth and the fitter wouldn’t leave until he was certain I was using it correctly. He also insisted on giving me a follow-up phone number in case I had problems.
