Generally pretty positive. However, for a few minutes, the rails would not stand out of the first steps by appointment with the representative max 10 cm, so it has become 24cm, making the passage more problematic. The second point is that the appointment with the mechanic was scheduled between 9 and 12 but shifted out of debt after 2 to 4 hours. Since we all work 2 costs a 1 2 day extra and a lot of money. For the rest everything went well and the lift works fine. My suggestion is to tell the representative to provide the right information. Best regards C.Koolbergen
