The 2000 double rail curved stairlift has now been discontinued. However, if you already own a 2000 stairlift we still offer servicing, technical support, and parts for this model.

To book a service for your 2000 stairlift, please click here to fill out our service booking form. If there is a fault with your stairlift, you can contact your dealer or call our customer service team to arrange for an engineer to come and resolve the issue. Please note that if your stairlift is no longer under warranty, this may incur a charge. If your stairlift isn’t working and you require urgent assistance please call 03700 118 282.
